I have chronic migraines, arthritis, a mitochondrial disorder that leaves me with sevwrw body pains, and severe neck and back problems. Tried CBD pain relieving gel first and then found CBD capsules in my local health food store. I almost felt normal half of the days. I now order it online – Lazarus Naturals is a great product and they have high-risk capsule because my body has such a high tolerance for pain-relieving stuff. I have to take 200mg (at least) a day but they recommend not exceeding 300mg per day. It is the only real relief I have managed to find so far from anything. So glad. Hope this helps.

Hey Jessica!

Thanks so much for sharing what is working for you. As I mentioned, I have tried edibles but only when I was flying across the country and vaping wasn’t an option. But I look forward to learning how to make cannabutter and/or cannabis infused coconut oil. I have also been told to try juicing raw cannabis – so that is another route:) Having so many different options that might help even more is extremely encouraging to me.

Hi, want to share my experiences w/ medical cannabis and MS pain: The Vaping and the smoking alleviates the pain in my stiff legs calves feet, but the edible is what really helps me with the electric shocking, intermittent pain in my shoulder. Something about the way it is metabolized. Through the digestive system. Deeper body relief.

Hi Johanna! Thanks for sharing. Interesting that you say Sativa gives more relaxing body high – I have been reading the opposite. BUT I think this is a great example that it all depends on you and how your own body feels and responds. Your reaction to one thing may well be completely different to mine (or others) I’m continuing to experiment and have been pleased with the results:)
